We act as the trusted middleman between buyers and sellers. Your money never goes directly to the seller — we hold it safely until you confirm everything is perfect.
The full agreed purchase price is transferred by the buyer to an AdrenalineShop bank account — via Wise for European transactions or Mercury for US transactions. Funds are held in escrow. The seller receives nothing until the process is complete.
Once payment is confirmed and secured, we notify the seller. The seller then ships the item using a tracked service with full-value shipping insurance. A tracking number is provided to both the buyer and AdrenalineShop immediately.
Upon delivery, the buyer has 24 hours to inspect the item and confirm it matches the listing description. If there is any issue, the buyer contacts us immediately with evidence. If no response is received within 24 hours, the transaction is automatically confirmed.
Once confirmed, funds are released to the seller minus our 10% commission (minimum 30 EUR/USD for items under 300 EUR/USD). Both parties are fully protected throughout the entire process.

For items under 300 EUR/USD, a flat minimum fee of 30 EUR or 30 USD applies.
Commission is the only fee we charge. Transfer fees (Wise, Mercury) are agreed separately. No surprises.
Without escrow, buying second-hand paragliding gear online is risky. Sellers can disappear after payment. Buyers can claim non-delivery after receiving the item. Photos can be deceptive. Descriptions can be exaggerated.
With our escrow system, neither party can be cheated. The buyer knows the money is safe until they confirm. The seller knows the buyer has committed payment before shipping. We hold the balance — and both sides win.
