Browse our listings, find the gear you want, and contact us via the listing page. We will provide payment instructions. Once payment is confirmed in our escrow account, the seller ships the item directly to you. You confirm delivery and we release payment to the seller.
Yes — fully. Your money is held in our escrow account until you confirm the item arrived as described. The seller cannot access the funds until you give the green light. If there is a problem, we mediate and refund where appropriate.
We accept EUR (Euro) and USD (US Dollar). European payments go via Wise, US payments via Mercury. Both are regulated financial institutions.
Contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will assess the situation and if the item materially does not match the listing, you will receive a refund. See our Refund Policy for full details.
You have 24 hours from confirmed delivery to raise any dispute. After this window, the transaction is automatically confirmed and payment released to the seller. Please be ready to inspect promptly upon delivery.
Only before payment has been processed. Once funds are in escrow and the seller has been notified to ship, cancellation is not possible without the seller's agreement.

We charge 10% of the total transaction value. For items under 300 EUR/USD, a minimum flat fee of 30 EUR or 30 USD applies. This is deducted from the payment before it is released to you.
You receive payment after the buyer confirms delivery, or after the 24-hour inspection window closes without a dispute. We then transfer funds to you via Wise or Mercury, minus our commission.
Yes. As the seller, you are responsible for appropriate packaging, obtaining a tracking number, and purchasing shipping insurance for the full item value. See our Shipping Policy for full details.
Shipping is calculated and agreed separately for each transaction. The buyer pays shipping costs in addition to the item price. We recommend national postal carriers and established couriers (DHL, UPS, FedEx, DPD). A tracking number is mandatory.
The buyer covers all shipping costs unless agreed otherwise with the seller before the transaction is completed.
When arranging shipping with the seller, you choose whether you want insurance. If you add insurance, the shipment is fully covered if lost or damaged in transit. If you decline insurance, you accept the risk — AdrenalineShop and the seller cannot be held liable for loss or damage during transport. The choice is yours and must be agreed before the item is dispatched.
Yes — we facilitate shipping to over 200 countries. Some remote locations may not be serviceable by all carriers. Contact us if you are unsure about your country.
The buyer is responsible for all customs fees, import duties, and taxes in their country. These are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
Maximum expected delivery is 90 calendar days from dispatch, excluding customs delays. If your item has not arrived after 60 days, please contact us to begin the investigation process.
When purchased from a reputable source with accurate descriptions, yes. We strongly recommend having any second-hand paraglider or reserve independently inspected by a qualified professional before use — regardless of the seller's stated condition.
There is no license requirement to purchase equipment, but you must hold an appropriate pilot certification to fly it. By purchasing through our platform you confirm you are 18 or older and will only fly within your certification level. You fly at your own risk.
