1. How Shipping Works

AdrenalineShop is a marketplace intermediary. We do not hold, handle, or ship any items ourselves. All items are shipped directly from the seller to the buyer once payment has been secured in our escrow account.

Shipping costs are not included in the listed price and are negotiated separately between buyer and seller prior to completing the transaction. Shipping arrangements must be confirmed before payment is sent to escrow.

2. Seller's Shipping Obligations

Upon receiving notification that escrow funds are secured, the seller must:

Failure to ship within the agreed timeframe without prior communication may result in the transaction being cancelled and funds returned to the buyer.

Carrier recommendations: We recommend nationally recognised postal carriers and established courier services worldwide — including USPS, Royal Mail, Deutsche Post, Slovenian Post, B-Post, La Poste, as well as international couriers such as DHL, UPS, FedEx, and DPD. The choice of carrier is agreed between buyer and seller. Economy services are acceptable where tracking is provided.

3. Packaging Requirements

The seller is solely responsible for ensuring that the item is packaged securely and appropriately for international or domestic transit. Paragliding equipment, by its nature, requires careful folding and packing to prevent damage. We strongly recommend:

Any damage caused by inadequate packaging is the seller's responsibility.

4. Shipping Insurance

The seller is required to insure the parcel for its full declared transaction value unless the buyer has explicitly requested otherwise in writing prior to shipment.

If a buyer requests shipment without insurance in writing (via email, WhatsApp, Telegram, or other documented electronic communication), the buyer assumes full liability for any loss, theft, or damage in transit. Neither the seller nor Adrenaline Group LLC will be liable for compensation in such cases.

Please note that some carriers cap insurance at amounts lower than the item's value. Where full coverage is not available from one carrier, the seller should either choose an alternative carrier or cover the difference personally.

5. Tracking Information

All shipments must include a tracking number. The seller must provide this to both the buyer and AdrenalineShop immediately upon dispatch.

Tracking information may take 2–5 business days to update on the carrier's system after the label is created. If your tracking shows no movement for more than 5 business days after the stated dispatch date, please contact us.

6. Estimated Shipping Times

Shipping times vary by carrier, origin, and destination. The following are general estimates only and are not guaranteed. All times are from the date of dispatch and exclude customs clearance delays.

Maximum expected delivery time from dispatch: 90 calendar days, excluding customs delays and force majeure events such as natural disasters, industrial action, or government restrictions.

Delivery on national holidays or during peak postal periods may cause additional delays. We will always communicate known delays where possible.

7. Lost or Missing Parcels

If tracking shows no movement for an extended period or the parcel is declared lost by the carrier:

  1. The buyer must notify AdrenalineShop in writing
  2. The seller must file an official complaint and loss claim with the carrier without delay
  3. AdrenalineShop will hold escrow funds during the investigation
  4. If the parcel is not located within 60 calendar days of the seller filing the complaint, the buyer will be refunded and the seller must pursue the insurance claim independently with the carrier

If a refund has been issued and the parcel is subsequently found and delivered, the buyer must refuse delivery and have the item returned to the seller. Accepting such a parcel after refund constitutes fraud.

8. Incorrect Address

Adrenaline Group LLC is not responsible for parcels lost or misdirected due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the buyer. Please verify all address details carefully before confirming a transaction.

If an error was made on our part, we will take full responsibility and arrange a resolution at no cost to you.

If an error was made by the seller or buyer, the responsible party will bear the cost of redirection or reshipping.

9. Customs & Import Duties

International shipments may be subject to customs inspection and import duties, taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that your country's customs authority may impose additional charges upon the arrival of your parcel. We have no control over customs procedures and cannot predict their cost or duration. Customs delays are not covered by our shipping time estimates.

If a parcel is returned to the seller because the buyer refused to pay customs fees, the buyer is not entitled to a refund of the original shipping cost.

10. Multiple Packages

Because our listings come from sellers located across the world, items purchased in the same transaction may sometimes be shipped in separate packages from different locations. This will be communicated to the buyer before payment is made.

11. Countries We Ship To

We facilitate shipping to over 200 countries worldwide. There are a small number of destinations we are currently unable to serve due to carrier restrictions or international regulations. If you are unsure whether we can ship to your country, please contact us before completing a purchase.
